OLDA's gluten-free Risgröt - Instant rice flour is made exclusively from rice. The rice porridge can be prepared without boiling or heating - mixed with cold or hot liquid to make porridge and gruel.

OLDA Risgröt - Instant rice flour has the same area of use as OLDA's Ströbröd - Instant corn flour and is excellent for:
- baking both soft and hard cakes
- quick porridge or berry porridge (hot/cold)
- as usual breadcrumbs for breading
- cold/hot preparation of sauces
- grilling
- instead of oatmeal in chocolate balls
- as an additive in bread dough for juicier baked goods (liquid binding).
