OLDA Instant Buckwheat flour - buckwheat porridge is a heat-treated product with high absorbency and thus differs from ordinary untreated buckwheat flour. Its unique properties give the product a wide range of applications:
- baking both soft and hard cakes
- quick porridge or berry porridge (hot/cold)
- as usual breadcrumbs for breading
- cold/hot preparation of sauces
- grilling
- instead of oatmeal in chocolate balls
- as an additive in bread dough for juicier baked goods (liquid binding).
